William J. Clancy

Clancy, William “Billy” (Ret. C.P.D.) 62. Beloved son of Mary Ann (nee McGowan) and the late William Clancy; cherished brother of Kevin (Anne) Clancy, Brendan (Michelle) Clancy, Sheila, Christopher (Maria) Clancy, and the late Maureen Clancy; devoted uncle to Jazmin, Jessie, Gabe, Mary, Liam, Bonnie, Conor, Nora, Kaitlyn, Ciara and Margaret; dear nephew, Godson, Godfather, and a true and generous friend to many.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home located at 625 Busse Hwy. in Park Ridge. Funeral Monday, lying in state from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ita Catholic Church, 5500 N. Broadway in Chicago.
