Steven A. Jacobson

Steven A. Jacobson of Streamwood June 17, 1958 - May 23, 2025.  Beloved life companion of Yvonne Baranowski.  Brother to Mitchell (Shirl), and the late David and Craig Jacobson. Former husband to Patty Jacobson. Father to Stephanie Jacobson and the late Steven Jacobson.  Grandfather to Jocelin Jacobson, Alexander Flamm, and Michael Vogel.  Great-grandfather to Ariella and Jaxon Henrickson, Sophia Jacobson, and Isaiah Rivera Jr.  A good friend to many, he was always there to lend a helping hand to someone in need.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
 

Visitation at Midtown Funeral Home and Cremation Options, 3918 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago 60618 on Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by the Prayer Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ASPCA or Shriners children hospital.
