Seamus O’Malley

Seamus Farrell Patrick O’Malley , aged 29. Beloved son of James (CFD) & Elizabeth O’Malley.  Best brother to MaryKate. Grandson of the late Hugh (retired CPD) & late Helen O’Malley and the late Bob (retired CPD) &  late Peg Farrell.   Fond nephew and cousin to members of the O’Malley, Farrell and McLaughlin clans.  A friend to all he met. He was a true renaissance man with a love of  music, history, reading, writing and all things Blackhawk’s.  He enjoyed cooking and spending time in the kitchen and he never read a recipe he couldn’t improve. Seamus had an ability to draw people together in order to share a meal, good company,  and laughter.  Many a pint will be raised in his memory. Visitation Tuesday October 15th  9:00 am -12:00 noon at Cooney Funeral Home located at 625 Busse Hwy. in Park Ridge. Funeral mass Tuesday October 15th  12:30 pm St. Paul of the Cross Church.
