The family of Russell V. LaBarbera announce with great sorrow he passed away on February 15, 2021. Russell was born March 6, 1927. He was a retired Chicago Police Sargent, World War II Veteran U.S. Navy. Beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather & Great grandfather. Friend to everyone he met.
Member of the Fraternal order of Police Sargent's Association, VFW Post 2992, American Legion Post 36, Elks Lodge 1526 and Proud member of Main Township & Maine Township Streamers. Usher St. Mary's Church.
A Prayer service is planned for Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11:00 am at Maryhill Cemetery, 8600 Milwaukee, Niles
