Roger K. Hawking

Roger K. Hawking, 61 years old, passed October 9th, 2024. Devoted Husband, Father, Father in law, Grandpa and brother. Roger graduated from Schurz Highschool and grew up in Chicago. He spent all four years of highschool in the Jazz Band. Roger was a hardworking man that did all he could to provide for his family.He leaves behind a loving wife (Eva), two children (Jacob & Olivia), step son (Nickolas), Beloved sister (Sandra) and Aunt (Joanne). He was admired by many and made sure to always get the last laugh. He truly was a family man and always put them first. Roger was one of the most loyal and genuine people you could have had the pleasure of coming across. Roger enjoyed bowling when he was younger and would spend most days watching sports games, and spending time with his family. Roger was respected and cherished by those lucky enough to have worked with him and have called him friend. His presence will be missed and remain forever in our heart

Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge on Wednesday from 10:00 to 12:00 noon. Interment Elwood Cemetery.
