Richard "Dick" Weber - Beloved husband of the late Judith "Judy" (nee Heidkamp) and the late Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Philbin); devoted father of Kathie (Mark) Schultz, Ryan (Rachel), Mary (Mike) Jettner, Mike (Sarah), Jeanne (Mark) Carson, Billy (Lucy), Maureen (Chaz) Taft and the late Richard (Lynn and Bob Midlowski) Weber; proud and adored grandfather of Patrick, Bryan (Tiffany), Kyle (Katie), Courtney, Kelly, Kate (Rob), Hannah, TJ,  Ruby, Sean, Kaitlyn, Riley, Emily, Danny, Mark (Jackie), Dylan, Jack, Maci, Owen, Joey, Paulie, Bryce, Bennet, Connor, Carson and Cameron; great grandfather of Alex, Zack, Addy, Brooklyn, MJ, Harper, Nellie, Kamryn and Richy;  dear brother of Mary (Richard) Schwantz, the late Loretta and the late Tom Weber; brother in law of Sally (the late Dan) McCarthy, Gene (the late Diane), the late Mike (Pat) and the late Paul (the late Wendy), the late TJ (the late Mary) and the late Bill (Pat) Heidkamp and Mary Kay (the late Frank) Cappitelli and the late John (Jackie) Philbin and the late Tom Philbin; son of the late Mae C. and Richard W.;  son in law to the late Paul and Cecille Heidkamp and the late Walter and Katherine Philbin; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; loved by many and a friend to all.  "Fish on, my friend." Proud member of 65 years of Local 134 Electricians Union. He was a long-time active member of Queen of Angels Parish. Visitation Wednesday 3-8 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home 625 Busse Hwy in Park Ridge. Funeral Thursday,  Queen of Angels Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass.  Interment All Saints. Due to Covid concerns, social distancing will be observed and there is a limit of people allowed in church.
