Patricia A (Baird) Fuentes of Chicago,IL passed away on Sunday February 23rd, 2025.

Patti was born May 13, 1961, in Chicago,IL, to the late James Bray and Patricia Glorioso.

Patti married Fernando on July 27th, 2007 in Chicago, Illinois.

Patti was a LR Manager for many years at CPS and was well known throughout the city and as well as in many schools.

Patti was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She was the walking definition of Proverbs 31

Patti loved her friends and family with such passion. She found beauty in so many. Anyone who knew her was welcomed as family. She loved music, dancing, traveling and taking road trips. And most importantly ministering the word of God.

Patti truly loved unconditionally. And touched so many people's hearts. She will be dearly missed.

Remaining to cherish Patricia’s memory are her loving husband Fernando, children Vanessa Joe, Lisa and Katherine. Grandchildren Jayla, Cb, Angela, Olivia, Autumn, and Elijah. As well her siblings Alicia, Jimmy, Ruth, Scooter, Joseph and Scott.

Preceding Patricia in death are her son Corey and her grandson Jimmy.
