Myles Joyce

Myles Joyce, 99, a native of Cnoic, Letirmór, Galway and Ráth Chairn, Co. Meath, Ireland; passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 13th. Beloved father of Stephen (Irene); Margaret (Jerry) Jones; preceded in death by his wife Celia (née Kelly) and son, Myles Joyce Jr., his father Stephen Joyce, his mother Péigín (née  Folan) his brothers and sisters; Patrick, Stephen (Siobhán), Joseph, Mike (Maggie), Brigid (Joe) Sullivan, Mary (Peter) Kane and their loving families.  Beloved grandfather to Stephen and Kevin; step grandfather to Cody, Nicholas, Larissa & Tatiana; great grandfather to 11; beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 17th from 3:00 - 8:00 pm at Cooney Funeral Home located at 625 Busse Hwy. in Park Ridge.  Funeral mass will be held at St. Monica’s Catholic Church, 5136 Nottingham Ave, Chicago, IL at 10 am on May 18th.
