Mottai K. Jesudoss

Rev. Mottai K Jesudoss, age 78, of Schaumburg, IL went home to our eternal Father on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Mottai or Jesu as most of us knew him, was born on May 10, 1947, in India to Kanakaraj and Kamala Kani. He was husband of the late Vijaya; loving father of Jason (Hilary) and Jane Jesudoss; devoted grandfather of Marleigh Jesudoss.

While his career journey took him through different paths, he was always grounded in serving others and spent most of his career in Social Services and then before retiring in December 2019, he spent his most rewarding days as Chaplin and serving those in their lonely moments in Hospice care. 

Visitation Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to time of service at 10:30 a.m. at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy in Park Ridge.  Interment private.  A live stream of the service can be viewed starting at 10:15 a.m. here: https://www.facebook.com/cooneyfuneralhome/.
