Michael Conway

Michael Conway Sr., age 86, passed away suddenly on June 16, 2024. He was born in Tourmakeady, County Mayo, Ireland. He was married to his wife of 62 years Vera (nee Noone). Devoted Father of Kathy (Dan), Michael Jr, John (CJ) and the late Mary. Proud Grandfather of Keith, Shane, Kayla, Delaney and Emily. Loving sister Mary (late John) Staunton and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by Parents James and Julia, siblings Anne (late Joseph) Burke, John Conway, Timothy Conway, Peter Conway, Nora (Matthew) Foley and Judy (late John) Folan. He was a member of Local 130 Plumber’s Union for 49 years. Visitation is at Cooney’s Funeral Home 625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge on Thursday, June 27th from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral mass on Friday, June 28th at St Priscilla Church, 6949 W Addison St, Chicago at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at St Joseph Cemetery in River Grove.
