Marty Keehn Obituary

Marty Keehn was born October 25, 1952, in Chicago to the late Martin and Darlene Keehn. Retired after serving 32 years in the Chicago Police Department and a proud member of the 82nd Airborne Division of The United States Army. He was the beloved husband and best friend to Robin Roche Keehn.  Loving Father of 3 boys.   Martin "Spanks" Keehn (Tina) Anthony M. Roche (Nicole) Matthew R. Keehn (Raquel)Treasured Brother of Lorri Raitt (Tim)  and Sue "Petey" Keehn Cherished PaPa of 9 Grandkids: Austin, Jeremiah, Alyssa, Briana, Russell, Kaylee, Brody, Riley, and Katie; favorite Uncle to Many. Preceded in death by his Granddaughter Katie, his Mother Darlene, his Father Martin, his Nephew Brandon and his sister Jane. This is not a day in a lifetime. This is a lifetime in a day.  Marty Keehn, Marty Keehn a man so nice you had to say his name twice. Devout Family Man. Loyal to his Friends and an unwavering Cubs Fan. Loved by Animals and Children. He had the strength of ten, his heart was pure. He did the best he could with the tools he had. Bop, Bop to the Barber Shop. Please Omit Flowers. Memorial will be held on Saturday, March 27th, 3 p.m-7 p.m.with a service at 6:00 p.m at Cooney Funeral Home located at 3918 W. Irving Park Rd. in Chicago. Interment Private.
