Margaret B. "Maggie" Russell

Margaret “Maggie” Russell, age 74, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, John Russell.  She was dear daughter of the late John and Lena Brennessel, and the loving sister to the late Kathleen Brennessel.  She will be missed by her caring in-laws: Thomas (Julia) Russell, Mary (the late John) McCormack, Patrick (the last Donna) Russell, the late Kathleen (the late Phil) Drwila and her many nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held on Friday Jan. 31 from 9:30-10:30 AM at Cooney Funeral Home at 625 Busse Hwy. Going to Immaculate Conception Church for 11:00 AM Mass.  Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to PawChicago at https://donate.pawschicago.org/give/donation/checkout are appreciated.
