Laura Krismer

Laura Jean Krismer (nee Gibellin) Devoted wife to Nicholas; loving mother to Mark (Amy) and Katherine (Martin); sister to Jeffery, Nancy, Jean, James. Passed away on Saturday December 12, 2020 at home with her family by her side. She leaves behind four beautiful granddaughters, Madelyn, Josephine, Sophia and Emily, whom she adored and cherished. In her free time, Laura enjoyed singing and playing guitar at St. Andrews Church. She also appreciated photography, gardening, bird watching, soaking up the sun, and was an avid lover of nature. Laura's love for education and enthusiasm for music shone through during her 35 years as a dedicated educator. Laura’s spirit and legacy will live on forever in memory. Please join her family in loving remembrance of all the adventures, laughter and life lessons you enjoyed with her. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 16 from 1:00pm-4:00pm followed by a service at 4pm at Cooney Funeral Home located at  625 Busse Hwy in Park Ridge.
