James Briody

James Briody left this world on January 19, 2023 at the age of 57. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mary Briody (nee Donohoe) and he is survived by his son, Matthew Briody, former spouse, Luisa Briody;  sisters, Maria Rivkin (Carl), Brigid Turner (James), Agnes Izzi (Michael), Martha Connery (Raph), nieces Roxanne Turner (Kyle Kiemle), Shaina Larson (Patrick), Ailsa Connery-Murray (James), Rayna Connery (Owen Tighe), many cousins and great-nephew, Rhys Connery-Murray. James fought through serious illnesses for many years. Early in his career he worked as a bread route salesman and limousine driver. He returned to school and received his B.A. later in life and enjoyed working in Accounting. Jim loved music and taught himself to play drums, electric guitar and keyboard. He had the gift of gab and was a true conversationalist. He will be sadly missed and will live on in our hearts.
