Jack Starostecki

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of loving husband, father, and dear friend, Jack
Starostecki. Jack was born on February 10, 1966, in Poland to Danuta & Grzegorz Starostecki. Jack loved
architecture, travel and adventure. After a 2 year struggle and surrounded by friends and family, on
Friday July 21, 2023, Jack lost his battle with cancer. Jack is survived by his wife Dorothy, his son Conrad
& daughter Alexis Starostecki, daughter-in-law Jessica Stinnett, 2 granddaughters and his mother,
Danuta. As co-owner of Midwest Construction along with his stepfather and mentor, Andy Kus, Jack
served his customers faithfully and many will remember his high quality, eye-catching craftsmanship.
Jack’s celebration of life memorial service will be held on July 29 th , 2023, from 1PM-4PM at Cooney
Funeral Home 625 Busse Highway, Park Ridge, IL 60068.
