Jacinta Kennedy

Jacinta Kennedy (nee Lopez) age 84 passed away peacefully on February 28, 2025 in Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Corky Kennedy, her parents Anna and Jose Lopez and her brother Joe Lopez (Beverly). Jacinta was a devoted mother to her only daughter, Leah Heneghan, a warmhearted mother-in-law to Patrick Heneghan, and a doting and loving grandmother to her two grandchildren Grace and P.J.  She will be dearly missed by her brother Robert Lopez (Sandy).Family, especially her nieces and cousins, were very important part of Jacinta’s life.  If you knew her, you loved her. Visitation Wednesday March 5th 3-8 pm at Cooney Funeral Home.
