Florence Urso

It is with great sadness that the family of Florence Urso announces her passing on July 13, 2023 at the age of 103. Florence was the loving wife of Dominc who passed away in 1986, and an incredibly wonderful mother to Donna Urso Smolik (Donald) and Tom Urso. She cherished her grandchildren Dawn Smolik Nuccio (Anthony), Don Smolik Jr. (Claudia), and Doug Smolik; along with her great grandchildren Daniel, Kayla, and Cecilia. She was a thoughtful and giving sister of Estelle, Helen, Delores, Phyllis, and Ben; and a treasured aunt of many nieces and nephews. Florence was such a kind and thoughtful person who will be greatly missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Sunday July 30th from 3:00pm- 7:00pm at Cooney Funeral Home located at 625 Busse Hwy. in Park Ridge. The Funeral will be held Monday July 31st at 11:00am at Cooney Funeral Home. Interment Acacia Park. For more information please call 847-685-1002.
