In Loving Memory of Denise Trost (née Hays)

Denise A, Trost, age 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. She was the beloved wife of the late James Trost; cherished mother of Julie (Thomas) Wagner and Michael (Jen) Trost; devoted grandmother to Ryan and Aiden Wagner, Emily (Doug) Glynn, Devin, Gavin, Jaydin, and Colin Trost; and adoring great-grandmother to Mila Glynn.

She was the dear sister of Mary Jo (Robert) Banks and Robert (Christine) Hays, and a loving sister-in-law to Marialice (the late James) McCarthy and Charlene (the late Victor) Skupien. Denise was also a treasured aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Known for her kind heart, caring nature, and compassionate spirit, Denise touched the lives of all who knew her. She was blessed with countless friendships and a deep love for her family that never wavered.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th from 3:00–8:00 PM at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy. Park Ridge, IL.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 31st at 10:00 AM at Queen of Peace (St. Eugene’s), 7958 W. Foster Ave.  Chicago, IL.
Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
