Zulma was an important team member in the creation of The Greater Chicago Food Depository, which first opened its doors in 1977. When she wasn't playing tennis at Midtown Tennis Club, Waveland, at the Symphony, Chicago Opera House, or teaching at the City Colleges of Chicago, she was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend.
