Virginia A. McDonald (nee Amundsen) at rest January 12, 2017; beloved wife of the late John "Jack" McDonald; loving mother of John (Beverly) McDonald, Mary (Dan) Purciarello, Mark McDonald, Mike (Kelly) McDonald, Robert (Leontia) McDonald, Sally (Terry) Byrne, Susan McDonald and Patricia (Robert) DeGraff; caring grandmother of 21 and great-grandmother of 1; fond aunt to many. Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge on Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Monday, 9:15 a.m. to St. Juliana Church. Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment private.
