Virginia Alt-  "Ginger" (nee LaMonica) age 87, beloved wife of the late Peter (1998); loving mother of Peter, Sam (Patricia) and Marie (Neal) Johnson;  cherished grandmother of Samantha, Nicholas, Jacob, Alexandria, Elizabet and Emmanuel; fond aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Ginger was truly loved by many for her sense of humor and loving disposition.  Visitation Thursday 3-9 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home 3918 W.
