Timothy J. Coughlin, 63, passed away on Saturday August 12, 2017.  He is predeceased by parents Daniel and Lucille Coughlin, sister Luanne Pfaller and survivied by spouse Jamie (nee Kremel), daughter Melody Mohr and her children Thomas, Christopher and Anthony, brother Rev. Daniel P. Coughlin, brother in law Ben Pfaller and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Tim was a life-long Chicagoan, Cub fan and friend to many.  A gathering will take place Thursday August 17, 11 a.m. at Queen of All Saints Basilica with a funeral mass at 11:30 a.m.  Interment is private.  Donations in memory of Tim can be sent to Rainbow Hospice 1550 Bishop Ct.
