Thomas Reid Patterson—loving husband and father—passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on January 10, 2019 at the age of 62. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; brother, Bob (Marcy); half-sister Jennie (Mike) Parages; and three children: David (Margaret) Zieke-Patterson; Katie (Austin) Gerali; and Caroline Patterson. Tom's life had a deeply positive impact on family, friends, and coworkers and he will be greatly missed. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 19 at Edgebrook Covenant Church located at 6355 N. Spokane Avenue in Chicago beginning at 1:00 p.m. with a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Donations are graciously accepted and will be given to a charity honoring Tom's legacy.
