Kilbane, Patricia Dominican Sister of Peace, OP (formerly Sr. Ellen Patrick, 81) died in Chicago, IL on March 13.  She made her profession of Vows on August 15, 1951 with the former Dominican Sisters of St. Catharine, Kentucky.  Sr. Patricia ministered as a teacher at schools in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Nebraska for 22 years before moving to Chicago, IL.  She worked as the Education Coordinator of Addiction Consulting Education Services for Catholic Charities and served as the Associate Director and Director of Alcohol and Drug Education Program for Central States Institute of Addiction.  She continued to work as an instructor at Intervention Instruction until her death.  Sr. Patricia leaves behind many devoted nieces and nephews. Sr. Pat will be remembered for her deep love of her Irish heritage and her commitment to her Dominican identity.  Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W.
