Sean Harris

Sean Harris passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026. He was born in Melrose Park, IL, on November 26, 1979. A man of deep intellect and creative spirit, Sean was never without a book in his hand or a story in progress. He found great joy in the written word, a passion that was rivaled only by his love of music. An avid guitarist, Sean could often be found playing along to his favorite 80's hard rock anthems. Above all, Sean was as devout Catholic. His faith was the cornerstone of his life, providing him strength, purpose and a profound sense of peace. He lived his life guided by his devotion to the Church and to Jesus Christ. A visitation will be held on Sunday March 29th 2026 from 3:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home 625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge. IL. Funeral will be Monday Visitation 9:00a.m. till the time of the service at 11:00a.m. at Cooney Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Maryhill Catholic Cemetery, Niles IL.
