Roger Arnesen Jones, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2016 surrounded by his family and friends.  Beloved husband of 55 years to Linka M. Jones née Kirst; loving father of Kimberly Jones, Mark Jones (Sharon) and Mary Jo Marchetta née Jones ; cherished grandfather to Christina Smith née Jones, Daniel Jones, Jonathan Jones and Michaelene Marchetta; dear brother of late Warren Jones; friend to many.  A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, August 26, at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1605 Vernon Avenue, Park Ridge, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children Chicago, 2211 N.
