Richard L. Hawkins –  Beloved husband of Marlene Hawkins; devoted father of Karen, Jason, Timothy, and Larry; son of the late Lloyd and Catherine. Preceded in death by his loving siblings Bettie and Lloyd Jr., uncle to Craig (Janice), proud and cherished grandfather of Vanessa (Tim) and Henry Jr. and great-grandfather to Colton and Cade.  Served in the United States Army and Air Force.  Visitation Tuesday 10:30 a.m. til noon, with a service at 12 noon at Cooney Funeral Home 3918 W. Irving Park Rd.  Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
