Richard Ergish of Cottage Grove, WI, age 59, passed into heaven on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Cherished son of Blanche Ergish and Steve (Daisy) Ergish; dear brother to Teri (Tony) Zintak, Randy (Trish) Ergish, and Amy McKernin; loving uncle to Ed, Kate, Joe, Jim, Elizabeth, Lauren and Megan, as well as many great nieces and nephews; fond nephew to many aunts and uncles; devoted friend and church member. Family and friends are invited to a memorial visitation from 3:00pm through time of service at 5:00pm on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, IL.  A second gathering will be held in Rick's hometown. All are welcome from 10:00am through time of Service at 11:00am on Monday, May 23, 2022 at City Church, 4909 East Buckeye Road, Madison, WI. In celebration of his life, all attendees at either service are encouraged to wear a Hawaiian shirt. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to support the mission of Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care, 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431.
