Patrick J Martin, age 79, was born in Chicago March 9th 1943.  Beloved husband of Patricia (Kozlowski).  Proud father of Patrick, Scott (Gabriela) and Timothy (Kathleen).  Cherished grandfather of Julia, Olivia, Sarah, Emily, Nicholas, and TJ.  Patrick served his country during his time in the Army.  He served his city as a 37 year member of the Chicago Police Department and was a founding member of the Bagpipes & Drums of the Emerald Society, Chicago Police Department.  He enjoyed attending Church, listening to Irish music, gardening, his walks in the neighborhood and his talks with his neighbors.  Patrick is preceded in death by his parents Hugh and Cecilia (Toale) and his siblings James, Agnes, Theresa, and Mary.
