O'Toole, Patrick J. Army Veteran and retired Chicago Fireman, 84 passed away on September 6, 2015. He was the beloved son of the late John and Mary (nee McDonough), loving husband of Roslyn (nee Denning). Loving and proud father of Patrick. Dear brother of Anne Pugliese, brother in law of Tony Pugliese and Betty O'Toole. Preceded in death by siblings John (Betty) Thomas, Joseph, Michael, Peggy, Mary Ellen, sister in law Dorothy and brother in law Pat and Michael Denning. Many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday September 10 at 10:00 A.M. at Cooney Funeral Home 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge. Prayers at 12:00 P.M. to St. Paul of the Cross Church 320 S. Washington St., Park Ridge for mass at 12:30 P.M.. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
