Patricia M Weyna, nee Welch passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was the proud and loving mom of Rick (Chris) and Patti; special grandma of Karen (Josh), Emily and Ted; cherished great-grandma of Rollo; dear cousin of Mary Pat and Chuck and friend to many. She was the loving and devoted wife of the late Bob. Pat was born on the NW side of Chicago. She spent many years working in retail and enjoyed meeting new people and helping them feel good about themselves through her work as a cosmetologist. She loved animals and was a devoted dog and cat mom and grandma. She enjoyed rooting for all Chicago sports teams, especially the Cubs, word searches, gardening and eating cookies. Donations may be made in her honor to Wright Way Rescue or PAWS Chicago.
