Andes, Patricia (Pat),  Age 88, died peacefully at home January 4, 2017. Wife of the late John ("Jack") Andes, sister of the late Frances, and her late brother, John. She and Jack moved to Chicago in 1957. Earlier, she was active in her church as a deacon, elder, choir member and soloist, and in several local clubs. She painted, loved opera and music, and read avidly. She is survived by her son, Patrick (Alicia Takushi), twin grand-daughters Nila and Micaela Andes, daughter Alison (Bill McClaren), and her loving yorkie, Chloe, and Chloe's loving sister, Molly. Visitation Friday, January 13, 5-8 PM at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Highway, Park Ridge, IL, lying in state at Glenview Community Church, 1000 Elm St., Glenview, on Saturday, January 13, 10-11 a.m. and memorial service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers send contributions to Southern Poverty Law Center or Running Strong for Indian Youth.
