Loving husband to Dympna (McGuire) Neylon; dear father to Philip Neylon, Robert Neylon, David Neylon, and Raymond Neylon; fond brother to Geraldine, Bernie, and Assumpta; proud uncle to Aoife; brother in Law to Tom; cousin to Irish and English cousins; friend to many in Ireland and Chicago. Noel fought a tough battle esophageal cancer and was taken away too quick. To know him was to love him. A laid back, gentle soul whose proudest accomplishments in his life were his 4 sons alongside his best friend, his wife, Dympna. Preceded by his mother, Margaret, his father Michael, his Aunt Lena, Aunt Mary, Uncle Tommo, and Uncle John. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 15th, from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home located at 625 Busse Hwy. in Park Ridge. Funeral Thursday, July 16th, 10:00 a.m. Mass at St John Brebeuf Church 8307 N. Harlem Ave. in Niles.
