Nancy Lorraine (Sipulski) Buchic, aged 73, beloved wife of Nickolas Michael Buchic Jr, peacefully passed surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at 11:14 pm.

Born January 9, 1949 in Chicago IL to the late Anna (Orr) Sipulski and the late Joseph Matthew Sipulski, Nancy was sister to the late Clark Sipulski and the late Johanna Nairn, and a kind, considerate, and generous person to all who knew her.

In her Junior year at Tuley High School, Nancy met Nick. After dating for a little over a year, Nancy and Nick married and immediately started a family. After briefly moving to Albuquerque, NM, Nancy and Nick moved back to Chicago IL and raised their family.

Devoted mother to her four beloved daughters, Cindy Lorraine (Buchic) Frapolly, Heather Lorraine Buchic, Leesa Lorraine (Buchic) Comito, and Chani Lorraine Buchic. Affectionate mother-in-law to Kevin Frapolly (Cindy) Jeremy Comito (Leesa), and Germaine Williams (Chani). Adoring grandmother to Kyle Michael William Frapolly, Hannah Lorraine Lenore Frapolly, Brody Christopher Patrick Frapolly, Salvatore James Comito, Stella Rose Comito, and Rico Torres.

Nancy worked for over 30 years at Bankers Life & Casualty, retiring early to enjoy her remaining years caring for her growing family. As a crafter, Nancy showed her affection for friends and family with creative personalized gifts.

A remembrance memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 18th 2021 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at Cooney Funeral Home, located at 625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge IL 60068.
