Mayo, Ireland, beloved husband of Marie (nee Spellman) for 57 years.  Son of General Michael Joseph and Nan Kilroy, loving father of Pat, Mike (Mary), Sheila (John) Joyce, Joe (Mary Joyce), Gerry (Betty), Ed (Sue), Siobhain (Dan) Treacy and Kevin (Debbie). Cherished and adored grandfather of. Molly, Michael, Patrick (Jamie), Caitlin, Ryan, Mairead, Grainne, John Joe, Meaghan, Hannah, Sarah Kilroy; Kathleen, Siobhain and Ciara Joyce; Darragh, Daniel, Ciara and Sean Treacy and the late Paddy Kilroy.  Loving brother of Peader (Ann), Jim (Maura), Maeve, the late Paddy, Sr. Margaret Joseph, Dominick Kilroy and Marsey Reid.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews in the United States, Ireland, England and Canada, including his nephew Seamus (Susan), Siobhan, Fiona and Seamus Reid, Jr.  Joe was a founding member of McBride's Irish Football Club, a member of Bricklayers local Illinois 21, a partner in Dyra and Kilroy, a Pioneer for 75 years.  Longtime resident of Marco Island, FL.  .   Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m.    Funeral, Monday, 9:15 a.m. to Queen of All Saints Basilica Church.   Mass at 10:00 a.m.,      Interment All Saints Cemetery.
