Michael A.  DiGrazia a devoted father and grandfather passed away peacefully in his home on August 24, 2022 in Chicago, IL at the age of 70. Mike was born to the late Alfred and Marie DiGrazia (Koenigseder) on May 25, 1952 in Chicago, IL. Mike was a fun loving, generous, and hard working guy who always liked to have a good time. He spent many of his years as a Pressman at the Chicago Tribune, and later moved on to become a laborer for local 96 in which he built many things around the city and elsewhere in which he always liked to point out. Mike loved getting together with friends and loved ones at his favorite neighborhood watering holes. Mike was always ready to play a game of cards or roll the dice with you. Although he was slowed down a bit later in life by a lung cancer diagnosis, Mike never gave up and fought bravely, but eventually succumbed to other illness. Mike (Papa) is survived by his two children, daughter Valerie Geishecker (DiGrazia), son in law Jamie Geishecker, son Christopher DiGrazia, daughter in law Kimberly DiGrazia, and grandchildren Olivia, Elyse, Benjamin, Anilee, and Madison.  Mike was also a proud stepfather to Jimmy, John, Jessica, and the late Bryan Moorehouse.
