EVERLY, MELISSA ANN- (nee Vardon) of Park Ridge, passed away on Dec. 30, 2012 after a long illness. Mother to two boys, Joseph and Michael and wife of Mike Everly.
Daughter of Carolyn and Edward Vardon and sister of Heather. Visitation Thursday 3-9 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home 625 Busse Hwy Park Ridge.
