Maureen "Moe" Digan (nee Burke), age 56, left this world suddenly on January 6, 2024. Beloved wife of Tom Digan. Devoted and doting mother to her three children, Makayla, Tommy, Declan, & future son-in-law, Matt Cacciatore. Loving daughter to parents Edmond and Eileen Burke. Loyal sister to Theresa Burke and Delia (Pat) Ronan. Adored aunt to Sean, Maeve, Maggie and Patrick Ronan. Daughter-in-law to Josephine Digan and the late Thomas Digan. Fondly remembered by sister-in-law Esther Digan and brother-in-law Paul Digan. Cousin, Niece and Friend to many.

Maureen was one of a kind. She is so deeply loved and so sorely missed. She enjoyed the simple things in life such as spending time with family and friends, the Chicago Cubs, being on any beach, and calling her loved ones multiple times a day. There was not a single selfish bone in Maureen's body. She lived to care for her family and to live life to the absolute fullest. She loved traveling with her family, making memories, and leaving a legacy behind wherever she went. While her life was cut far too short, her family hopes and prays that she is with them wherever they go.

A visitation will be held Friday January 12, 3:00pm- 8:00pm at Cooney Funeral Home Located at 625 Busse Hwy. in Park Ridge. Funeral Mass January 13, 2023 10:00am at St. Paul of the Cross.
