Mary Eugenia Young, age 64, passed on June 23rd, 2022. Beloved wife of Jim Young for 38 years; loving mother of Katherine and Mary; loving sister of Irene Trybul; loving sister-in-law to Phil Young and Duke Trybul; beloved aunt to Eric Young and Julie Young-Muller and Duko, Nick and Stephanie Trybul and Zach Dyrda. Mary was born August 1, 1957 and raised in Ukrainian Village by immigrant parents Nykola Wolycky and Oksana Kuzmowicz (both deceased) who moved from Ukraine after WWII. Proud graduate of Immaculata H.S. for Girls. Volunteer at Community First Medical Center. Worked for her cousin Bob Leslie at Leslie/Raich, Recycled Paper Greetings and Nazarethville Nursing Home.Mary loved to draw, paint, sew, bowl. garden, create flower arrangements, play cards and partake in any party or celebration.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home located at 3918 W. Irving Park Rd. in Chicago. Funeral service Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at Cooney Funeral Home
