Mary Catherine Conroy (nee Lally), 77, of Niles, passed on February 10, 2016.  She was born March 21, 1938 in Belmullet, County Mayo, Ireland and was preceded in death by her beloved husband Thomas of 52 years.  Dear mother of Elizabeth (Marc) Koplon, Catherine (Michael) Donahue, Thomas, Patricia (Mirek Jack) Chronowski, Kevin (Dawn) Conroy and the late Mary Margaret. Adored grandmother of Padraic and Mary Chronowski, Lewis Koplon and Neil Conroy.  Cherished aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Beloved daughter of the late Michael and Mary Lally. Loving sister of the Bridget Lally, Margaret Simpson, Rose Goff, Sadie Ryan, Michael Lally and the late Kathleen Cimarusti and Thomas Lally.  Dear friend of many.   To know her was to love her. Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge on Friday from 3 to 9 p.m.  Funeral Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to St. Paul of the Cross Church 320 S. Washington, Park Ridge.  Mass at 10:00 a.m.  Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care in memory of Mary Conroy.
