Marion June Lorenzin of Huntley ILL. died on March 20th 2020 at Alden Estates- Court of Huntley IL. Mrs. Lorenzin was born 11/9/1929 in Chicago IL to Monrad  Nesse and Dagny Nesse. She is survived by her son Philip Lorenzin and his spouse Deidre Lorenzin (Rhodes) and daughter Margaret Schauer (Lorenzin) and her spouse Edward Schauer. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Lorenzin after 62 wonderful years of marriage together. Her son John Lorenzin also preceded her in death and has a surviving spouse Cheryl Lorenzin (Strohmeyer) Marion was also preceded in death by her brother Gordon Nesse. Mrs. Lorenzin is survived by 7 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grand Children. She was an active member of Westwood Lutheran Church, belonging to couples club and worked various charities. She attended Tuley High School in Chicago IL. She was also a teachers aid at Steinmetz High School from 1969 to 1989 and was revered by all the students as "MA". She enjoyed her family, gardening, cooking, art, and collecting rosemaling, she had an extensive collection. Her very favorite time of year was Christmas were she did much baking of cookies, and baking Fattigman cookies and bread. A celebration of life to be determined in the future.
