Martensen, Margaret Mary (nee Mitchell) 87, of Mount Prospect, Illinois and Delavan, Wisconsin. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Martensen, cherished mother of Mary Ellen (Thomas) Donlon, Bernard Jr, Christopher (Eileen), Catherine Ann (John) O'Shea, James, and Patrick (Cindy) Martensen. Much loved grandmother of Kelly (John) Capesius and Thomas (Maureen) Donlon, Ryan Martensen, Christopher (Hannah), Matthew (Megan), Connor, Quinn (Kiley) and Anna Martensen, Margaret Mary (Marc) Castiglione and James Doyle, James Mahoney, Katie and Bernadette Martensen. Adored great-grandmother of Johnny, Michael, and Nicholas Capesius, Leo and Paige Castiglione, and Theodora and Winnifred Donlon. Predeceased in death by sister Anita O'Connor and brothers Thomas Mitchell and James Mitchell. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Margaret Mary enjoyed spending time at the Lake with her family and friends- The Martensen family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at The Sheridan who gave our mother wonderful care, especially her nurses Christian and Helen.  Visitation Wednesday 3-8 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge, Illinois.  Funeral Thursday, friends are asked to meet  at St. Juliana's Church for a Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment Private.
