Margaret "Peggy" Cooney –  (nee Dockery) 100 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Thomas J.; devoted mother of Mary (Robert) Lewin, Thomas (Sandra), Brigid (Richard) Magnuson, Patrice (Jack) Costello, Martin (Heidi), Nancy (Scott) Forrest, John (Kathy), Eugene (the late Mary) (Kelly) and Denis (Therese Lowry); daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (nee Brennan) Dockery;  proud and cherished grandmother of 27; great grandmother of 32;  preceded in death by her loving siblings John, James, Mary (George) Meyer, Eugene, Clement (Marge), Thomas (MaryJo) Dockery and Eleanor (Richard) Bahr; wonderful and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. A long-time parishioner of St. Paul of the Cross and St. Andrew in Chicago.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, 12 noon to 8 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home located at 625 Busse Hwy in Park Ridge.
