Lucille M. Julien (nee Balthaser) age 90, beloved wife of the late William C. Julien, ret. CPD; loving mother of Patricia Lou Julien, ret. CPD (Ray Cowell, ret. CPD); loving grandmother of Deborah Scrimpsher (Steve) and great-grandmother of Cynthia Archbold; fond sister-in-law of the late Dorothy (the late Jack), Wilford, ret. CPD (Rosemary) and Richard, ret. CPD (the late Shirley); beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lucille was a proud veteran of the US Navy, having served as a Wave during WWII.  Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge on Friday from 4 to 9 p.m.  Funeral Service Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
