Lorraine ("Laurie") Pattullo Banks of Schaumburg, Illinois died peacefully on October 19, 2022 with her husband, George, by her side.

Laurie was born in 1952, the eldest daughter of Robert L. and Rose Mary (nee O'Donnell) Pattullo. Laurie was the dearest sister of Peggy M.  (James) Crowley, Robert L. Jr. (Virginia) Pattullo and the late Thomas M. (Cathy) Pattullo.  Laurie was a loving aunt to her many nieces, nephews and grandniece. She loved the vacations they shared and the weekend stays at her home.

She was a dear friend and colleague to many and particularly appreciated her high school friends and colleagues from Europe. Laurie enjoyed traveling, the theatre and was an avid reader. She was also not adverse to taking risks from time to time, such as jumping out of a perfectly good airplane or riding in a glider with her uncle.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home located at 625 Busse Hwy. in Park Ridge. Funeral Tuesday, prayers at 12:00 p.m. going to St. Paul of the Cross Church for Mass at 12:30 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donation to American Cancer Society are appreciated.
