Joseph J. Laurie, 74 (Retired CPD - 019 District) passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Friday, January 7, 2022.

Joe was the beloved husband of Marylou (Serritos); loving dad of Joseph, Michael (CPD) (Sheila), Christopher (CPD); dear brother of Anthony (Cathi); brother in law to Barbara, Debbie (Steve) Hodges; fun and loving grandpa to Jason, Michelle, Cecilia, Joseph, Ava, Johnny and Vivian; cherished uncle to Annette, Laurie, Phillip, Nicholaus, Jenna, Melanie, and Shannon; great uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Suzanne, his sister Judith (Phil) Abraham, and his brother Lawrence (Mercedes).

Joe was a kind man and friend to all and he will be missed greatly.
