John "Jack" Patrick O'Shaughnessy, age 77. Beloved husband to Susan (Sheehy); loving father to Jackie (Brian) Murphy, Jamie (Anthony) Napolitano, Jennifer (Michael) Pekic and Joanne (Ferdinando) Traversa; proud grandfather of Anna and Antonio Traversa, Sofia, Fiona and Anthony Napolitano, Allison and Caitlin Murphy and John "Jack" Pekic; beloved son of John Raymond and Sally O'Shaughnessy (nee Laffey); cherished brother of the late Sheila O'Shaughnessy, the late Helene (Jim) Ferraro, the late Mary Rae (Richard) Dazzo; cherished brother in law to the late Carol (Andy) Kochoukas; fond cousin to Pat Pinto; loving uncle, godfather, coach and friend to many. Jack was born in Chicago on August 26th 1943. He was a retired Chicago Police Officer, veteran of the United States Army and devoted his life to his family.
