John Thomas Mingey--Age 78, of Chicago, IL (Portage Park) passed away on June 30th, 2022. Loving father of Brian Timothy and Lori Marie; loving grandfather of Michael Johnathan; loving brother of Marageret Ann, Edward J., and James Raymond; loving son of John E. and Margaret Britt. He was a St. Patrick High School Alumni where he ran track. He was on the neighborhood baseball team called the Sacramento Fig Newton's. He served in the Naval Reserves for four years. He went to DeVry University for two years. He had a very long career in insurance sales. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with family and friends. He had the gift of gab and he always made everyone laugh. He lived a selfless life always helping people. May he rest in eternal peace in paradise. Long Live The King!
