John Edvar Krigeris, 53, of Berwyn, IL, departed from us Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Born September 16, 1968 to John Krigeris, and Sandra Neilson. Brother to Tom Herrera, James Herrera, and Laura Herrera. Uncle to David Poull, Amanda Poull, Joseph Herrera, and Tom Bremer. Great Uncle to Lennox Choup, Benjamin Poull, Saige Bremer, and Braelyn Bremer. Father to John Krigeris (born to Theresa Andrić). Stepfather to George Wood, Cassandra Brown. Godfather to Celia Acosta, Ceirra Acosta. John was born in Chicago, and grew up on Cuyler Avenue. He graduated from Lakeview High School and subsequently DeVry University. Entrepreneur, fisherman, life of the party, friend to all humans and animals. John probably would've lived on a boat if he could, but he wouldn't because that's not where all his people were. John was the kind of man to help anyone he could, the kind of man to always have a seat for you at the table. A figure like no other, larger than life. Visitation at Cooney Funeral  Home, 3918 W.
