John E. Konopinski, age 101, passed away on March 25th, 2023 surrounded by his family.

John was born on November 4, 1921 in Chicago, IL. Beloved husband of Diana (nee Lambert); loving father of Sheila (Patrick) Teahan and John (Jody) Konopinski; cherished grandfather of Elizabeth (fiancé Andrew Scola), PJ, and Aidan Teahan, Meredith and Lauren Konopinski; brother-in-law of Harold Lambert and the late Louise Davison, Lucille Greene and Fred, Jim, Ray, and Gary Lambert; beloved friend of the Argenta, Basso, Show, Stackpool and Teahan families. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Mary (Dave) Newton and brother Chester (Gladys) Konopinski.

John was a printer by trade and worked at Butler Brothers printing for over 40 years. He was a curious, lifelong learner, funny, generous, patient and kind. His true passion was spending time with his family.

The family wishes to thank Hospice for the excellent care and support they provided.
